May 30, 2020 Season 2 Episode 32
Elvis Metrins / Lee Chambers

Work is a big part of our life. Various researchers show that 35 per cent of our total waking hours over a 50-year working-life we spend at work. Therefore, it is important to establish a work environment that keeps us productive, helps us perform at our best and is a place we want to be at.

To understand how to achieve an environment like this, in this episode, I have been joined by LeeChambers MSc MBPsS – Environmental Psychologist, Wellbeing Consultant and Founder of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing. He is here to tell us what he has learned after spending past 10 years focusing on wellbeing and performance in the local government, corporate organisations, and in elite sports and how with his experience and qualifications, he aims to impact the wellbeing of thousands of individuals and businesses.
